We want every customer to enjoy their jAGA Drinks experience. If something is not right we will always do our best to help. This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one and what you need to know before returning any items.

1. Unopened Products

You may return any unopened and unused products for a full refund within the legal returns period. The minimum legal return window under UK consumer law is 14 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify

• The product must be unopened
• The product must be in its original condition
• The return must be requested within the returns period

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty or damaged on arrival.

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Opened Products

For safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed products unless they are faulty.

3. Damaged Items on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To ensure we can resolve the issue quickly we may request

• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the damaged products
• Your order number

Once confirmed we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

4. Faulty Products

If you believe a product is faulty please contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the issue with you and offer a replacement or a full refund if the product is confirmed to be faulty.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

Please contact us using the details on our Contact page and include

• Your name
• Order number
• The item you want to return
• The reason for the return
• Photos if the item is damaged

We will confirm the next steps and provide return instructions if required.

6. Return Shipping

For all non faulty returns customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot refund items that do not arrive back with us.

7. Refund Processing Times

Refunds are issued once the returned products are received and inspected.
Please allow up to 5 to 10 working days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item please request a refund for your unopened product and place a new order.
